(A) Hip circumference: Place the tape measure around your hips and measure the circumference at the widest point of your buttocks.
(B) Waist circum ference: Measure your waist circumference at the narrowest part of your waist.
(C) Chest circumference: Measure the entire circumference of your chest directly under your armpits.
(D) Back length: Measure from the slightly protruding cervical vertebrae along the back to the lower edge of the hem.
(E) Sleeve length: With the arm slightly bent, measure from the slightly protruding cervical vertebra to the elbow and then on to the wrist.

Wash: wash in the washing machine at 30°C. Use mild detergent. Wash with same colors. Before washing from the inside out and close the zipper. Do not iron. Do not dry in the dryer. Do not clean chemically.
